Shouts out to all my Doctor Who homies!

Now I love Doctor Who. Anyone who knows me will understand this. In the last week I have watched seasons 1 2 and 3 in a row. And I have established something. Besides the fact that Doctor Who is awesome...

Now the Doctor obviously is the main character of the show, without him there would be no show of course. But the last son of Galifrey would not be anything without his companions. Rose Martha and Donna. Now there has been alot of talk of the Doctors relationship with Rose and how he cared for her more than all the others, which is true. Rose was a vital character in the growth of the Doctor we all know and love, Donna was a simple character all built to move the Doctor from all the young women falling in love with him. Now in the middle of the 2 was Martha Jones. My favorite of all the compainions.

Martha was different to all the others. She was smart and funny and not afraid to speak her mind. Unlike Rose she wasn't just a simplton from the mean streets of London, she was educated not on the same level of the Doctor but still smarter than most. Donna was all in for fun but in the end she wasn't as smart as Martha. Martha brought that little bit extra to the series. A bit of class and something we hadn't seen from the previous companions. Their own abilites. Rose was just a pretty face along to be saved, where as Martha had her own skills and her own talents.

The worst part for Martha was her unrequited love. She loved the Doctor with all her heart but he was stuck on Rose, but she stuck it out despite it all. In the end when the Doctor asked her to stay she knew when to get out... She did everything she could to save humainty when it needed saving, She put herself in the firing line to save humanity.

Martha Jones. Best of the Companions...

Hospitals suck.

You know what?

Hospitals suck. It may seem like this statement is kind of obvious but never a truer word was spoken. I'm in the most uncomfy bed sleeping next to an old fat dude who has had a heart attack and cannot leave his bed, so at the delightful hour of 6am this morning, I was awoken by the glorious sound of a grown man pissing into a bedpan.

Yeah thats how my morning started off. Its bad enough that I am stuck in a small room for the next 4 days but being next to an old pissing man? Really? Luckily enough I have my laptop to keep me occupied.

Which brings me to the next topic... To all the people who have offered to come down and see me cheers very much. I'm supposed to be resting but meh, come one come all! We can rock this hospital!

I get attacked every morning at 7 for my pills which by the way dont taste very nice, and woken up for them to jab me with needles, and them to test my blood pressure. good times.

Breakfast was shit. Cold and not very tasty, God I hate hospitals...
